Privacy Policy

1. General provisions

1.1. The personal data operator is Individual Entrepreneur Grigoriy Alekseevich Tokarev (the “Operator”).

1.2. This Policy applies to all personal data the Operator may receive from the User while the User uses the Service.

1.3. Use of the Service constitutes the User’s unconditional acceptance of this Policy.

2. What we do NOT collect

2.1. Audio recordings: your microphone audio is processed in memory on your device and is never uploaded, transmitted, or stored by the Operator.

2.2. Transcribed text: text produced by transcription is stored locally on your device only. It is never sent to the Operator and we have no ability to read it.

2.3. Custom dictionary, app settings, and transcription history: all stored locally on your device only.

2.4. We do not require an account, email, or any sign-up.

3. What we do process

3.1. Anonymous product analytics: the app may send anonymous events (e.g. which features are used, app version, OS version, crash reports) to help us improve the product. These events contain no audio, no transcribed text, and no information that personally identifies you.

3.2. Support correspondence: if you contact us at hello@voxfusion.com, we will process the contents of your message in order to reply.

4. Purposes of processing

4.1. Improving Service quality, fixing errors, and understanding aggregate usage.

4.2. Providing technical support to users who contact us.

4.3. Complying with legal requirements of the Russian Federation.

5. Legal bases for processing

5.1. Anonymous analytics and support correspondence are processed on the basis of the operator’s legitimate interests (Article 6, Clause 1, Subclause 7 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ) and the data subject’s consent (Article 6, Clause 1, Subclause 1).

6. Transfer of data to third parties

6.1. Audio and transcribed text are never transferred to any third party — they never leave your device.

6.2. Anonymous analytics events may be processed by a third-party analytics provider acting as a processor under a data processing agreement.

6.3. We do not sell, exchange, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6.4. Data may be disclosed upon request from authorized government authorities in cases required by Russian law.

7. Data retention

7.1. Audio is held in memory only and discarded as soon as transcription completes.

7.2. Transcribed text and dictionary entries are retained on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. The Operator has no copy.

7.3. Anonymous analytics events are retained for up to 12 months from the date of receipt.

8. User rights

8.1. Because we do not store your audio or transcripts, the most direct way to delete that data is to delete it on your device or uninstall the app.

8.2. You may also request information about, correction of, or deletion of any personal data the Operator processes, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact: hello@voxfusion.com.

9. Policy changes

9.1. The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is published on this page with the date of the latest update.
